BaseHelm is a dashboard that connects to your business accounts (email, CRM, marketing, and other connected apps) and helps you manage inbox, customer relationships, outreach, and marketing tasks, with AI-assisted drafting and per-employee access controls.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. As the account owner, you control what capabilities (sending email, running outreach, marketing, CRM editing) are granted to each employee account you create. You are responsible for the actions taken by accounts you grant access to.
When you connect a third-party account (e.g. Gmail), you authorize BaseHelm to access that account per the permissions you grant during the connection flow. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from Settings. Disconnecting stops BaseHelm's access but does not undo actions already taken.
You agree not to use BaseHelm's outreach or email features to send unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable anti-spam law (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, or equivalent regulations in your market), or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.
BaseHelm is billed on a subscription basis per the plan you select. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. If you require a signed Data Processing Agreement (e.g. for GDPR compliance), see the DPA.
BaseHelm is provided "as is." AI-drafted content (email replies, marketing copy) should be reviewed before sending — we are not liable for content you choose to send without review. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of BaseHelm is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. You may stop using BaseHelm and cancel your subscription at any time.
